ABOUT TRACY

Legislator Tracy DiFlorio currently represents Monroe County’s 3rd Legislative District, which includes most of the Town of Chili. Tracy joined the Legislature on January 1, 2016, and was re-elected in 2019, 2021 and 2023.

Currently, Tracy serves as a member on the Public Safety and Transportation Committee. She has previously served as Chair of the Planning and Economic Development Committee, Vice-Chair of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee, and as a member of the Environment and Public Works Committee. Tracy serves the Legislature as Monroe County’s representative on the Executive Council of the Genesee Finger Lakes Regional Planning Council and the liaison to Monroe County’s Parks Advisory Committee.

 

Prior to joining the County Legislature, Tracy was a member of the Chili Town Board from 2010-2015. During her time with the Town, she acted as the liaison to the Drainage Committee and the Parks/Recreation Committee.

 

Tracy was born and raised in Monroe County. She graduated from Brockport High School before attending Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she studied Biology and Economics. Tracy currently works at Bausch and Lomb as a Quality Systems Training Specialist.  She also severs a member of the Board of the Gate Chili Chamber of Commerce and the Chili Library Foundation. 

 

Tracy has lived in Chili with her husband Dan since 1996.  They have 3 children: one serving in the US Army, one working full time in Rochester while working on his master’s degree and one attending college studying Graphic Design.
